Of course, there are all kind of options and add-ons for couples, which includes room upgrades, dinner options, dancing, photography, and more, but each destination wedding booking includes the above mentioned items.

4. When you stay at one, you can play at others

Sandals properties that are located within close proximity to one another (for example, Sandals properties in Jamaica, St. Lucia, and Barbados) allow you to have access to all the resorts, with complimentary inter-resort transportation included between the resorts that are located in the same town!

Jamaica features six different Sandals resorts, across the island— Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Caribbean, Sandals Negril, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Ochi, and Sandals Royal Plantation.

St. Lucia features three different Sandals resorts across the island — Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Regency La Toc, and Sandals Halcyon Beach.

Barbados has two different hotels on the island — Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados. These properties are connected so no shuttle service will be needed. Sandals Barbados features standard rooms, while Sandals Royal Barbados is an all-suite property.

5. There are only king beds on Sandals properties, no double queens.

The Sandals brand focuses on luxury and romance, so their rooms only feature king-sized beds. However, this doesn’t mean that people who share a bed have to fit that category. Friends, siblings, and other pairings are able to stay at the resort and in the same room, so long as their are willing to share a bed since none of their properties offer double-queens in lieu of a king. That being said, if guests really need separate sleeping options, some rooms at certain properties will allow the use of a roll-away bed as well. Be sure to let your travel agent know ahead of time if this is something that will need to be accommodated. All Sandals resort rooms are strictly double occupancy.

There are many more exciting features to the list above that Sandals properties offer their guests— from concierge and butler level rooms, to complimentary transportation to and from the airport as well as top-shelf liquors, beverages, and dining at premier locations. Sandals is truly an unforgettable getaway for your next romantic escape.
